What is the pest that killed my plant? (see more info)?
I found a pest on my plant today.
The plant is a wax - palm/ grass type.
The pest left sticky web-like residue in some of the leaves or in the base where the leaves come from.
The pest itself looked like a white slater without legs and moved like a slug, it was about 3-4mm long. There were little groups of about 3 or 4 around the bases of where the leaves sprout out.
The end result was that my plant was dying (looked like dehydration before i found them) even though the exact same one next to it was perectly fine.
Any ideas on what it might be?
