i'm growing an unknown type of ginger lily and i was just wondering if it would be safe to eat it?
I wouldnt ...The edible ginger is Zingiber. You can buy a root at the grocery store, plant it in a pot and grow your own, but do not eat anything that your not sure what it is ! Good Luck
