Different Sorts Of Mexican Sauces
Mexican hot sauces are a crucial element of any standard meal. Don't hear the stereotype, Mexican hot sauces are not about extraordinary heat but about making up great, complex flavors. No Mexican meal is totally complete without a hot sauce, even though it is relatively mild. In fact , hot sauces are usually the primary element of many conventional Mexican dishes, for example mole-based dishes, chilaquiles, or enchiladas.
There exist countless variances of hot sauces in Mexican cuisine. Unlike the other cultures that might use horseradish or peppercorns, all Mexican hot sauces use the chili pepper. These often mixed with numerous possible ingredients, such as fruits, plants, vinegar, oil, or even chocolate, so as to produce a great result. Generally, Mexican hot sauces have a tendency to not use too much vinegar and instead use spices to bring out the explicit flavors of the chili peppers and sauce.
Some of the hottest hot sauces in Mexico include El Yucateco and Valentina sauce. Valentina is one of the most popular sauces in Mexico, and is often added to chips, chopped fruit, or cut vegetables (such as cucumber or jicama) with some salt and lemon to make a very delicious break. Other common sauces of these kinds include Cholula Hot Sauce and Bufalo.
There are typically 2 sorts of main sauces, red chile sauce and green chile sauce. These can be used to make salsas or served as stand alone tastes. Green chile sauce tends to be a bit fresher but more acidic. The main ingredient in any hot sauce, the chili pepper, determines how hot the sauce it is as well as its taste components.
Jalapeno is one of the most common elements, used in all its colors (ranging from red to green) and in a popular smoked variety that is sometimes known as chipotle. Habanero chiles are used commonly in southern Mexican cuisine and hot sauces made out of habanero chiles are very hot.

Would I be able to grow Ghost Peppers and Chocolate Habanero peppers indoors?
I just bought some seeds for the Ghost and Chocolate Habanero peppers and I am in New York right now and the conditions outside are not ideal for pepper growing now. Is it possible to grow these peppers healthily indoors?
Grow? Yes. Get peppers to eat? Not really. They belong outside.
