Has anyone ever had Mrs. T's Pierogis?
Are they any good. I know they arent like homemade as nothing beets homemade but I want to know if they are any good. My friend loves them but Im a little sceptical about trying them. She says she likes to boil hers and then fry them up in a little butter and serve with sour cream on the side. She said they have two flavors, the potato cheddar and the potato onion and she prefers the potato onion kind. So please if you can give me some feedback before I blow 3 or 4 bucks on a box at the store this week only to have to throw it away because it tastes nasty.
They are great - and the closest you can get to homemade. They are a part of staples that we buy every month so we always have a couple of boxes in the freezer at all times. We will sometimes eat just Pierogis for dinner they are that good and other times we eat them in place of potatoes or rice with a meal. I just boil them, then fry them in a bit of butter with some sliced onions - I like to eat mine with either sour cream, applesauce or BBQ sauce while my partner likes to top his with melted butter.
